Meal Plan 6/13-6/19

Sunday: Quiche (based very loosely on the recipe linked--I didn't use any cheese and had some turkey bacon with some leftover veggies.  This is a great way to use up some extra cooked veggies!)

Monday: Steak Fajitas

Tuesday: Sesame Ginger Lettuce Wraps (I think I try something from Cassie's blog every week!)

Wednesday: Chicken Stir Fry

Thursday: Turkey Burgers & red potatoes (if the potatoes are still good) & corn on the cob

Friday: Either Pasta & Meatballs or Buffalo Chicken Lasagna (never made it last week and all the ingredients are either canned or frozen)

Saturday: I actually bought stuff for 7 meals this week, but just remembered that we'll be visiting with some high school friends and going out to dinner with them, but I won't be cooking on Saturday.

I haven't had those lettuce wraps for a while...I need to put those on our menu soon!
