I owe you all a post about the party yesterday. Let's just say it was overwhelming but a lot of fun. It's great to see all these people who love us and our little girl.
Onto the meal plan (because we can't eat leftovers all week) (although there might be enough....)
7/25: Leftover shredded chicken for lunch and BBQ pork for dinner
7/26: Red Quinoa and Summer Grilled Veggies
7/27: Pork Loin Chops w/Roasted Garlic Cream Sauce with rice
7/28: Burgers & corn on the cob
7/29: Chipotle for Baby Girl's actual birthday (The Hubby's choice)
7/30: Either leftovers or we'll be heading to the husband's parents' house (which deserves a whole separate post all of its own)
7/31: At DH's grandma's 70th (yes, you read that right...DH is 30, his mom is 50, and his grandma is 70...and he and his mom aren't even the oldest children in their immediate families) surprise birthday party

I hope you love the pork chops! They are Joe's all-time favorites.
And I can't wait to hear all about the party!
